Floor models are all brand new. They need to be sat on a number of times so that the cushions will loosen/ soften up.

It only takes about 2 minutes, once making a hole in the plastic. Allow 24 hours for the bed to fully expand, but customer can sleep on it after couple hours of opening.

We have been selling these items on the mainland for the last 7 years with no issues. Except for sometimes boxed items are missing screws or wrong part was packaged as Manufacturer fault. But we do provide replacement or fixing free of charge if noticed by customer shortly after picked up or delivered.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
